Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

The promotion
is open to retail customers who purchase an eligible product in-store at a Participating
Dealer during the Promotion Period.

Promotion Period:

This promotion is valid from 9am (AEST) 1st October 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) 31st October 2025 (“Promotion Period”), unless extended or withdrawn by the Promoter. Customers have until 11:59pm (AEST) on 30 December 2025 to submit a valid redemption claim.

Eligible Products and Rewards:

Customers who purchase one of the eligible Celviano or Privia models listed below from a Participating Dealer during the Promotion Period are entitled to redeem a Casio Timepiece voucher of the corresponding value, for use on shopcasio.shriro.com:

• AP-S200BK/WE/BN – Timepiece voucher valued at $200
• AP-300BK/WE/BN – Timepiece voucher valued at $300
• AP-S450BK/WE/BN – Timepiece voucher valued at $300
• AP-550BK/WE/BN – Timepiece voucher valued at $400

How to Redeem:

1. Purchase an eligible model from a Participating Dealer during the Promotion Period.
2. Visit shopcasio.shriro.com and complete the redemption form, including proof of purchase and customer details. Any person who fails to provide the full information in the manner requested will not be eligible to receive the voucher.
3. Redemption claims must be submitted by 11:59pm (AEST) on 30 December 2025. Late redemption claims will not be accepted.
4. Once verified, customers will receive a unique voucher code via email, redeemable on shopcasio.shriro.com towards Casio Timepieces up to the eligible value.

Conditions of Redemption:

• The voucher is valid for use only on shopcasio.shriro.com for Casio Timepieces.
• Voucher codes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• The voucher must be used in a single transaction. No credit, cash refund, or transfer will be provided for unused amounts.
• Only one redemption is permitted per eligible product purchased.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Casio Music promotion or offer.
• Redemption claims are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Additional funds can be paid by the customer if the item is greater than the redeemable value of the voucher.
• The voucher will not be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
• Shipping charges may be applicable in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Privacy

Promoter may collect personal information. Any personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be
handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at www.shopcasio.shriro.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

We respect your rights to privacy under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Act), as amended,
and we comply with all the Act’s requirements.

The Promoter may use personal information:
(a) in connection with the promotion which the customer entered; (b) for any purpose to which a customer gave his/her express
consent on entry; (c) and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

By entering the promotion each customer consents to the Promoter’s use of their personal information as set out in
these terms and conditions and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

General:

This promotion is available to Australian residents only. Please allow 30 business days from the date the claim is received for processing the claim. Voucher will be sent via email to entrant to then be used in an online purchase.  

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to participate.

Eligible products are limited, and the promotion is subject to stock availability.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of redemption claims and to disqualify any customer who submits an invalid, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent redemption claim.

The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected redemption claims.
The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the administration of the promotion is final.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned as a result of any (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to State/ Territory regulations) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any delay in performing or partial or total failure to perform any of its obligations to under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are to be construed according to the laws of New South Wales, Australia and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
