This second-generation SOSPENSIONE, the ECB-2300, features a distinctive case structure combining different materials. The complex three-dimensional form evokes a double wishbone suspension with the bold intersection of stainless steel and carbon fibre reinforced resin parts. Suspension arm inspiration: Fusion of materials and design

The double wishbone suspension of Formula racing cars is evoked in the arm-shaped case lug design. The layered structure combines different materials: the upper stainless steel part represents the upper wishbone, the lower carbon fibre reinforced resin part suggests the lower wishbone, and the three-dimensional protrusion recalls a push rod. This technical image from motorsport has been transformed into a distinctive design aesthetic worthy of an EDIFICE.

Carbon fibre-reinforced resin case combined with metal components

Carbon fibre-reinforced resin is used for the case that protects the module. Leveraging carbon fibre’s unique combination of strength and lightness, the watch delivers the durability and fit needed to withstand intensive use by racing mechanics. Smartphone pairing via Bluetooth® delivers automatic time correction and makes it easy to configure world time settings and other functions from the app. Stopwatch readouts and activity logs can also be managed on the app.

Countdown indicator for convenient time management

An inset dial indicator at the 9 o’clock position counts down to the next alarm and shows the time remaining in the active timer. This countdown begins with a progress beep 30 minutes in advance to offer an intuitive grasp of the time remaining.
