Refund Policy for Sale Items
All Sale items are not available for refund/credit should you change your mind. Sale items are identified on the product page and on the shopping catalogue; identifiable by “Sale” badge. Our normal refunds policy applies to any full price items purchased in the same transaction as any Final Sale items.
Faulty goods are excluded from this policy. If you discover a fault with a Sale item, please contact us via our Warranty page. Standard Warranty terms and conditions are applicable to Final Sale items. Warranty Policy’s are available here:

Discount codes refer to any promotional code including but not limited to Subscriber Welcome codes, Cart Reminder codes, Loyalty codes.

How to enter |
To enter the competition, customers must create a CASIO account and add items to their wishlist during the promotion period. Customers must be subscribed (Opted In) to the CASIO newsletter. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. Each wishlist constitutes of one (1) entry. |

Prize Details |
There will be one (1) winner drawn at random. The winner will receive a voucher to purchase items from their wishlist to the value of $1,500.00 AUD. |

Determining the Winner |
This competition will run as a Game of Chance. The winner will be selected from a group of eligible participants through random electronic selection. |

Draw & Winner Notification |
The winner will be drawn at random and take place at Shriro Australia Head Office, 67 Albert Avenue, Chatswood 2067 NSW, Australia on Monday 1st June 11:59pm AEDT. The winner will be contacted via email. Non-winners will not be contacted. |
