Very light and comfortable on the wrist easy to read in any light and an awesome back light.
Much to like. Room for small improvements. This watch has a really clear and well designed face and overall design. The suite of functions is excellent. Not being solar powered is an advantage in my mind as it can be stored away from any sunlight with no issue. Having both increase and decrease value buttons when setting makes setting so much easier (I have other Casios that only allow increases - if you miss the value you are after you have to cycle through all the values to get back to the value you are after). I think the time setting based on an offset to UTC is genius and wish all Casio digital watches used this technique. I was impressed that as a result of the 'UTC offset feature' choosing a city in the WTC that is on the other side of UTC that the date for that city changes as well. For example, I live in Australia and my WTC city of Chicago - the date for Chicago changes back a day is it has not yet passed midnight. The watch band is easily large enough to accommodate my 8"/21.5cm wrist.
My suggested small improvements are: Upgrade the case to 100m water resistance. Make the case thinner. Allow the date format to be changed to Day - Month (I find the lack of this function really annoying with budget Casios. My GW-5000U-1JF allows the date format to be changed). Improve the quality and feel of the watchband.
This is going to be a classic. It would nice to see the module in a more premium full metal case. That would sell like wildfire for sure.
