First, familiarize yourself with the button functions:

A (ADJUST): Enters configuration mode to change settings
B (REVERSE -): Scrolls values backward
C (MODE): Cycles through settings
D (FORWARD +): Scrolls values forward

Press and hold the A button until you hear a beep and the LCD starts flashing. Then, Use the C button to cycle through the fields (Hour, Minute, Date). Use the D and B buttons to change the value as needed. After setting the right time, press A to exit configuration mode.

The best G-SHOCK digital watches are water-resistant up to 200 metres, making them a reliable choice for swimming, snorkelling, and water sports. However, they're unsuitable for scuba diving, free diving or deep-sea exploration.
