Extremely disappointed with my purchase.

I ordered this Casio watch from what I believed to be a trusted and reputable Casio website, so I expected the product to arrive properly packaged and presented. Unfortunately, the watch was delivered without the original Casio box, which is completely unacceptable for a new watch purchase.

When purchasing a branded product such as Casio, the original packaging and presentation are part of the product experience, especially when paying the full retail price. Receiving the watch without its proper box made me question whether the item was handled, stored, or packaged appropriately.

I am particularly disappointed because I chose to purchase from a trusted website specifically for the assurance of receiving a genuine, complete, and properly packaged product.

I would expect a much higher standard from an authorised/trusted Casio retailer. This is not the experience I expected when paying full price for a new Casio watch.

I hope the retailer takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future customers receive their watches with the appropriate original packaging and presentation.

Way smaller than expected.
Very very small. Almost like a babies watch.
They Won’t let me return it for refund or credit
Really disappointed as purchased as a gift.

Classic style, vintage, petite. Very comfortable to wear. Size adjustment was confusing to work out. Easy enough to adjust size once you work out how.
The only negative is the packaging, it didn’t come in a nice box.
