CLASSIC nods to the traditional seven segment digital look, reconnecting the watch to its earliest roots while remaining distinctly modern.

The MIP LCD technology delivers a noticeable step forward in clarity. Each pixel is individually controlled, allowing finer detail, sharper definition and a wide viewing angle that performs in bright outdoor conditions and direct sunlight. The display is also solar charging, drawing power not only from sunlight but from ambient indoor light sources such as fluorescent lighting. This ensures consistent performance while reinforcing the everyday reliability expected from G-SHOCK.

The full metal construction stays true to the toughness of the 5000 series. A shock resistant structure developed using decades of impact data absorbs force through a resin inner protector, allowing the watch to meet G-SHOCK standards while maintaining a premium metal exterior. Precision finishing and a screw lock case back complete a build that feels deliberate, solid and engineered for longevity.

Three distinct finishes define the series. One version delivers a dark, ion plated metal aesthetic that feels understated and technical. Another stays classic in stainless steel, offering a timeless expression of the 5000 series design. The third introduces a gold ion plated finish that brings confident presence and contrast while retaining the same robust construction beneath the surface.
