I purchased this watch(LTP1234LL-7A) as a birthday gift for my daughter.
Although I found the same model being sold at lower prices on other websites, I specifically chose to buy from your official site because I wanted to ensure it was a genuine Casio product that came in its original box.

However, I was extremely disappointed to receive the watch without a box, placed only in a cheap fabric pouch. This packaging is shockingly poor and completely unlike what I would expect from a Casio product.

To make matters worse, even other websites sell cheaper models that come in excellent boxes. Since this was meant to be a birthday gift, I absolutely need the proper Casio box.

I strongly request that you take immediate and appropriate action to resolve this issue.
