The casio website was easy to use, had a huge selection and appeared to be no more expensive than and in many cases cheaper than some other sites. Delivery was free and arrived on time and well packaged. The watch I bought is simple but does exactly what I want from it. I haven’t had it long so I can’t attest to the battery but so far so good.

What is the process to claim a refund? The watch sent without even a case is cheap looking, feeling and might be as well be found in a christmas cracker to be put in the bin with the other crap at the end of the day. Bought a G Shock instead and am very happy with my gift now.
