Expressing diverse individual identities with a colourful range of hues

The G-SHOCK worldview, which beautifully complements a diverse range of individual identities, is expressed with colour gradations and accents in a colourfully varied palette. These watches are based on two models with full-metal forms inherited from the design concept of the very first G-SHOCK: the GMW-B5000, with its iconic form, and the GM-B2100, featuring an octagonal bezel. An inventive, original look is achieved for both new timepieces, blending strength and beauty.

Blue/green colour gradation achieved with glass vapour deposition decorates the perimeter of the digital face. The mode indicators and frame line feature colourful accents as well, expressing a worldview of unique individual characters coexisting in harmony, using a beautiful, multi-hued array of colours.

Truth to origin and constant innovation: Full metal shock-resistant structure

Buffering components made of fine resin are installed between the stainless-steel bezel and case. The shock-resistant structure maintained since the very first G-SHOCK is achieved in a timepiece with a metal exterior, featuring a screw-lock case back to ensure a tight seal.

High-precision forging and cutting Processes

GM-B2100PC/GM-B2100BPC

The stainless-steel bezel is formed through repeated, painstaking processes of forging and cutting. Crafting with an intense focus on producing precise components, even down to the portions that lie out of sight, ensures an even higher precision fit with the case, including detailed finishing of its back surface.

Meticulously rendered finishes for enhanced metallic texture

A hairline finish is applied to the bezel top and a mirror finish to the bevelled edges to enhance the texture of the metal to the fullest degree. Black IP is applied to the bezel and band on the GM-B2100BPC and GMW-B5000BPC.

Fortification of moving parts.

The double-lug structure conventionally used to connect the band to the case has been redesigned to create a three-pronged lug structure. Shocks to the connecting pipes and button shafts are dispersed, and the band attachment is reinforced.
